2024 WSO Physical Fitness Test (Weightlifting)

SCHEDULE: 

Men/Women - All Age Groups

• 11am – 4:30pm  Physical Fitness Test (Weightlifting)

• 11am – Squat

• 11:45am – Bench Press

• 12:30pm – Deadlift

• 1:15pm – Sit Ups

• 2pm – Push Ups

• 2:45pm – Pull Ups

• 3:30pm – Arm Curl

Awards: 

To be presented after completion of competition.

DIVISIONS:

 5-Year Age Brackets: 50+, 55+, 60+, 65+, 70+, 75+, 80+, 85+, 90+, 95+, 100+
Games officials reserve the right to cancel any event or combine age divisions due to insufficient entries.

SPORT FEE:

$60 Registration Fee - Plus $20.00/or $10.00 Venue Fee

REGISTRATION DEADLINE:

Final Registration Deadline – July 20

Squat, Bench Press and Deadlift:

The three powerlifting movements (squat, bench press, and deadlift) will follow USA Powerlifting rules, except as modified herein. For a copy of these rules, please visit: USA Powerlifting https://www.usapowerlifting.com/.

MEDALS:

In each class and age division, Gold, Silver and Bronze medals will be awarded to the top three scores.  There will be no tie-breakers.  Ties will be given identical medals.
